Board Meetings

Board Meetings are held on the third Thursday of each month. Meetings are open to the public and start at 3:30 pm.

Visit our Calendar for meetings, agendas and minutes as printed copies will not be provided.

To find previous meetings in our Calendar, you must create a search within the month of the meeting you are searching for. For example, if you are looking for the September 2023 Meeting, you'll set the 'Start Date' to 09/01/2023 and set the 'End Date' to 09/30/2023. Click 'Search'. Once your search loads, scroll through the events to find the meeting. If available, the agenda and minutes will be listed in the event.

Attending a Meeting: You must confirm your attendance by sending a RSVP to khamilton@quinteconservation.ca.

Speak at a Meeting: To speak at a Board Meeting, you must submit a delegation request 14 days prior to the next scheduled meeting. Email us to submit a delegation request.

Minutes

Meeting Minutes are available to the public once approved at the following Meeting. For example, the April 20, 2023 meeting minutes are approved at the May 18, 2023 meeting and then made available within the following 5 business days.
