Board Meetings

Board Meetings are held on the third Thursday of each month. Meetings are open to the public and start at 3:30 pm.

Visit our Calendar for meetings, agendas and minutes as printed copies will not be provided.

You must confirm your attendance by sending an email to khamilton@quinteconservation.ca.

To find previous meetings in our Calendar, you must create a search within the month of the meeting you are searching for. For example, if you are looking for the September 2023 Meeting, you'll set the 'Start Date' to 09/01/2023 and set the 'End Date' to 09/30/2023. Click 'Search'. Once your search loads, scroll through the events to find the meeting. If available, the agenda and minutes will be listed in the event.

Are you interested in speaking at one of Quinte Conservation's Executive Board meetings? You will need to submit a delegation request 14 days before the next scheduled meeting.

To submit a delegation request, please email us.

Meeting Minutes are available to the public once approved at the following Meeting.

For example, the April 20, 2024 meeting minutes are approved at the May 18, 2024 meeting, which are then made available within the following 5 business days.
