Macaulay Mountain is a favourite destination for hikers and picnickers. This conservation area features a steep east-west escarpment rising 40 metres above the local terrain and a network of over 20 km of trails. There is plenty to see here from famed Birdhouse City, with its miniature reproductions of local buildings, to the Whattam’s Memorial Walkway.
