H.R. Frink CA - North Side

Local school boards operate the H.R. Frink's outdoor education centre, visited by 15,000 students each year. The Conservation Area is also open to the public. Many of the trails on this side begin right at the main parking lot, radiating out into several different directions. The Drumlin Trail, for example, will take you around the major land feature of the area, through a deciduous forest, providing a look at the Moira River and Parks Creek. From there, cross a long boardwalk across an impressive silver maple swamp, and take any number of trails back to the parking lot.
