As part of Quinte Conservation’s 70th Anniversary celebrations, the local environmental organization is hosting a photo contest. The contest is open until October 31, 2017 and contestants can submit their photographs from any of Quinte Conservation’s 23 conservation areas for their chance to win one of six prize packages. Water levels have been lowering steadily since June and although they are high for this time of year, there is no longer a concern for flooding.
