Quantify the toe erosion allowance, top of stable slope, and erosion access allowance for each shoreline reach of Consecon Lake. Prepare recession rate charts. Provide recommendations and guidance for shoreline management options considering current legislation, policies and guidelines. Prepare mapping or toe slope, stable top of slope, access allowance and final erosion limit. |
