Register for Connecting with Nature Workshop Series by September 30, 2014

Explore the seasons at the H.R. Frink Conservation Area and Outdoor Education Centre with the Connecting with Nature Family Workshop Series. This all ages, family friendly program will be led by Friends of the Frink Outdoor Educator Mary Tiessen who has years of experience teaching in the outdoors. Eight workshops will be scheduled between October 2014 and June 2015 that will allow participants to delve into a world of wonder through discovery and exploration through all seasons at the Frink.

Programs run rain or shine. Be sure to dress for the weather. Wear closed-toe shoes. April to August is bug season at the Frink. A long sleeved button up shirt and light long pants will help in protection against biting insects.

Cost

The cost is $200 per group (total of 4 people including at least 1 adult). Each additional person is $40.

Registration

We require 8 families to register in order to run the program. Email Maya Navrot at mnavrot@quinteconservation.ca or call (613) 968-3434 ext. 131.
